International Shipping & Customs Policy

  • Regulatory Compliance: We strictly adhere to all Indian export norms, rules, and procedures to ensure your parcel departs Indian territory legally and efficiently.
  • Transfer of Liability: Our responsibility for the shipment concludes once the parcel leaves India. While we ensure all initial export duties are settled, we cannot influence or predict the specific customs actions, inspections, or regulations of the destination country.
  • Customs Interceptions: International parcels are subject to random spot-checks by local authorities. While our success rate is over 99.9%, we cannot guarantee that a parcel will not be intercepted.
  • Reshipment Policy: Due to our commitment to maintaining low prices and slim profit margins, we do not offer a reshipment policy for parcels seized or delayed by destination customs.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of their own country’s import laws and restrictions. Any issues arising after the parcel reaches the destination country do not constitute a failure of our service.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
  • Where is my order being shipped from?
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our facility in India. We ensure every parcel meets all Indian export regulations before it begins its journey to you.
  • Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
International shipments are often subject to import duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) as determined by your country's customs department. These fees are set by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Most international orders arrive within[10–20] business days. However, delivery times can vary depending on your local postal service and the time required for customs clearance in your country.
  • What happens if my parcel is held by customs?
Customs agencies perform random inspections to ensure compliance with local laws. While over 99% of our parcels pass through without issue, we have no control over these government actions. If a parcel is held, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local customs office for resolution.
  • Do you offer reshipment if my parcel is seized?
No. To keep our product prices as low as possible, we operate on very thin profit margins and cannot offer a reshipment policy for items intercepted or refused by your country's customs. Our liability for the order ends once the parcel has successfully departed Indian territory.
  • Can I track my international order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress until it reaches your country’s border.
  • Why was my order shipped with "DAP" or "DDU" terms?
We ship using Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. This means we cover the cost of shipping to your door, but the customer is responsible for any local import taxes or clearance fees required by their government. DHL
